Returns and Refunds Policy

All refunds are on an individual-case basis. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase and our customer support. We offer stand-alone software as a 14-day trial version and as a full version purchase. The 14-day trial period covers 14 calendar days commencing on the date of launching the application. The full version download is available at checkout after purchase. We offer complete refunds of the full version up to 21 calendar days after purchase date if the following conditions are met: to maintain integrity of the refund procedure, email us the customer name, name of product, receipt ID (located on the email receipt), date of purchase and a description of the problem related to our software. We must primarily be allowed to try and resolve the issue if technical-related, i.e. we may offer an updated or repaired version free of charge or we provide adequate technical support.

Whilst we make every effort to provide customer satisfaction, due to the nature of our software, there are circumstances where we are unable to offer a refund: 1) The customer changes mind after purchase; it is the responsibility of the customer to use the free trial version to decide if the software is suitable for their needs. the trial version is only limited in time of usage, not functionality. 2) Failure to check compatibility requirements before purchase; we provide stand-alone software (as stated on our Software page) compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 systems. We have not tested our software on earlier versions of Windows, nor other operating systems. Therefore, we do not advertise compatibility with those versions or operating systems. 3) Operating system upgrades/changes after purchase; we advise customers continue to check for free software updates if available. However, we do not guarantee our stand-alone software will work with later versions of operating systems. 4) No technical issues in the software; if there are no technical issues with the software, then we are unable to try and resolve the problem. 5) Failure to provide a reason for refund. 6) 21 calendar days have elapsed since date of purchase. 7) tampering with and/or deleting application folder or files.

Before using this software, it is highly advisable to visit our Support page and review the pre-installation instructions and Help File(s). After installation of software, run the application and select Help | Help Contents from the Main Menu. A PDF file will open and display help contents. Note: a PDF reader needs to be installed to view help file. Please review the file for instructions on how to utilize the application.


This application’s setup and executable files have been digitally signed with a well-known certificate authority, Comodo (Sectigo Ltd) and timestamped with https://digicert.com. Feel free to fully scan our application with your anti-virus software before utilizing our product. Some anti-virus programs may produce false-positives upon setup or launch of this software. In event a user’s anti-virus program produces false positives upon launch or startup of this software, The Application Architect is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. It is possible an anti-virus program may warn against installation or block the setup file. In event the setup file is blocked, please refer to our Support page for instructions on how to “unblock” the file and enable setup of the application. It is up to the customer’s sole discretion to “unblock,” allow or “whitelist” this application’s setup or executable files.
