  • After downloading the application, I run the setup file but my anti-virus software is blocking the installation.
    • We are confident our software is free from viruses or malware.  Our installation files are digitally signed by a certificate authority.  In event of an anti-virus false-positive during installation, refer to our Support page for detailed instructions to “unblock” the setup file.
  • If I uninstall the Trial version before installing the Full version, will my data be lost?
    • Yes.  In order to save data created in the Trial version, do not uninstall the software.  Just install the Full version.  Your data will then remain intact.
  • How to I uninstall the Trial or Full version?
    • In Microsoft Windows 10, navigate to the Start Menu, type Add or Remove Programs, scroll to locate the application, select Uninstall.
  • How do I request a refund for a purchase?
    • Refund requests are subject to approval.  Please review the Refund Policy in our Disclaimer.
